Punjabi and South-Indian music markets. Times Music is a partnership between India’s media & entertainment conglomerate The Times Group
and Primary Wave. Its iconic music library spans Bollywood, Indie, Pop, Rock, Regional, and Spiritual music. Primary Wave and Times will invest
further in iconic Indian catalogs and new music, as well as marketing and A&R opportunities for Times Music repertoire in global markets and
Primary Wave repertoire in India.
Primary Wave Music partners with the Brazilian music company Nas Nuvens catalog.
Terms of the deal will see the publishing giant invest in further Brazilian music publishing

partners with their artists acqauiring partial stakes in their music catalogs with a focus on legendary and iconic music. NNC’s Chief Financial
Officer, Gabriel Sacardo, noted “When we created Nas Nuvens Catalog, we were inspired by Primary Wave’s business model.” Today, NNC
controls a catalog of over 30,000 songs written and performed by some of the most influential composers and artists, not only in Brazil but
around the world including Carlinhos Brown, Arlindo Cruz, Vanessa da Mata, Torquato Neto, Rodolfo Abrantes, Vinicius Cantuária, César
Augusto, Accioly Neto, and other legendary names.
